* Precision Metal Bellows : We specialize in the design and production of high-performance metal bellows, manufactured according to the latest EJMA standards. Available in a variety of materials, including vide grade of stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and alloys, our bellows range in size from 12 mm inner diameter to 2000 mm outer diameter. We offer both single-layer and multi-layer bellows upto 10 layers, including seamless designs.
• Diaphragm seals: Our diaphragm seals are engineered to isolate measuring instruments such as pressure gauges or transmitters from harsh or corrosive environments. Featuring a flexible diaphragm, these seals transmit pressure from the process medium to the instrument, ensuring accurate readings without contamination and maintaining precise pressure measurement.
* Precision CNC Machined Components : Our facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, capable of producing high-precision components to meet the most stringent specifications. We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of parts, including CNC machine components, tools, sheet metal dies, jigs, and fixtures. With a focus on quality, we ensure strict compliance with industry standards and offer customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
* Precision Pipe Bending : We offer precision pipe bending services with custom end connectors, catering to the aerospace, defence, automotive sectors and more
Fluidyne metal bellows are manufactured using various grades of stainless steels, Incoalloys, Hastelloys, Aluminium alloys, Monel as well as Titanium, which are engineered to conform to many industrial standards that include ASME Section VIII and IX.
Fluidyne Engineers has a capacity of manufacturing metal bellows ranging from 12mm internal diameter to 2000mm inner diameter in single layer and multilayer construction.
